Customer Terms & Conditions

1. Online Reservation: All rental requests must be made online prior to picking up the vehicle. This ensures that your selected unit is reserved and ready for you upon arrival.
2. Service Hours: Our pick-up and drop-off services are available from Monday to Sunday 10 AM – 6 PM.
3. Location: The pick-up and drop-off locations vary depending on the day of the week. From Monday to Friday, the location is 1-250 Trowers Rd, Woodbridge ON L4L 5Z6. On Saturdays and Sundays, the location is 16-180 Trowers Rd Woodbridge ON L4L 7J1.
4. Vehicle Inspection: All vehicles will be thoroughly inspected upon return. All vehicles must be returned in the same condition as it was picked up, and all accessories that came with the rental car eg.(chargers, remotes, batteries and, etc…..). The security deposit will be refunded after inspection is completed. Please note if for any reason the car is returned damaged or otherwise a deduction will be made from the security deposit to cover the repair cost. Please note that if a vehicle is returned over the weekend, it will be inspected on the next business day and the security deposit will be refunded accordingly.
5. Vehicle Condition: All our vehicles are guaranteed to be road-ready and thoroughly inspected before rental. A photo of the vehicle will be sent to your email upon pick-up. If the vehicle is returned with any damage, a fee will be deducted from the security deposit to cover repair expenses.
6. Insurance Option: Customers have the option to add insurance at checkout for added peace of mind during the rental period.
7. Cleanliness: All vehicles are provided in clean condition and should be returned in the same state. If a vehicle is returned dirty, a cleaning surcharge of ($69.99) will be deducted from the security deposit before the balance is refunded.
8. Timely Returns:Please note It is important to return the rental on time to avoid any additional charges. If the unit is not returned within the agreed upon timeframe, an extra day’s charge will be deducted from the security deposit. Please ensure to adhere to the return schedule to avoid this. Insurance coverage terms and conditions:

Coverage Inclusions: This insurance policy provides coverage for cosmetic and electrical components of your electric car. This includes, but is not limited to, the motors, seats, steering wheel, and wheels. It also covers the costs of repairs and services for these electrical components.

Coverage Exclusions: Please note that this insurance policy does not cover water damage. As these are electric cars, exposure to water can cause significant damage, which is not covered under this policy. Additionally, this policy does not provide coverage against theft of the car. Please ensure to take necessary precautions to protect your vehicle from theft and water damage.

Release of Liability

In consideration of 10163686 LTD Kids Cars Rental at 1-250 Trowers Rd. Woodbridge, ON L4L 5Z6, granting any and all children (each a “Child” and together with the “Children”) to use the products, I hereby on behalf of myself, my Child/Children, my Children’s heirs, executors, administrators, or anyone who might claim on their behalf warrant and agree as follows:

1. By my usage of Kids Cars Rental products (the “Products”), I acknowledge, and I am fully aware of the inherent risks present in a play environment; that the equipment and the nature of its use can be dangerous and may result in serious injury to me and/or my Child/Children. These risks include, without limitation, damage to personal property, personal injury, or death.
2. I hereby knowingly and voluntarily assume and accept all risks, including all presently unknown or unforeseeable risks, and assume all responsibility for risks to myself, my Child/Children, my personal property, and the personal property of my Child/Children.
3. I understand and agree that Kids Cars Rental, its shareholders, officers, directors, employees, management, contractors, agents, or other representatives (the “Representatives”) shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss that I or my Child/Children may suffer as a result of using the Products.
4. I understand and agree that Kids Cars Rental and its Representatives are not responsible for the supervision of my Child/Children and shall not be held liable for any reason whatsoever for failing to supervise my Child/Children.
5. I release, waive and forever discharge Kids Cars Rental and its Representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages, however, caused, whether related to property damage, theft, and/or personal injury (including death), and whether based on tort, intentional act, strict liability, negligence, and/or negligent rescue, that I or my Child/Children may suffer as a result of my Child/Children using the Products, including as a result of any assumed negligence of Kids Cars Rental or its Representatives. I will indemnify, save and hold harmless each of Kids Cars Rental and its Representatives from any and all claims, expenses, legal fees, losses, liabilities, damages, or costs which relate to or arises from, this Waiver, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. I release Kids Cars Rental from the responsibility to authorize emergency medical treatment as may be deemed necessary for the Child/Children while participating in activities at the Facility and/or during use of the Products.
7. I agree to indemnify and save harmless Kids Cars Rental from all liability, claims, demands, losses or damages on the Child’s/Children’s account caused or alleged to have been caused in whole or in part by the negligent medical treatment, failure to provide medical treatment, and further agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless Kids Cars Rental and its Representatives from any liability whatsoever as a result of any such claim.

 

Cancellation Policy

“Kids Car Rental cannot be held responsible for weather or any other conditions. If a reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, a processing fee of 5 percent will be deducted, but this will not affect the full refund of the security deposit. However, if a cancellation is made less than 72 hours of the pick-up time, a 25 percent processing fee will be deducted from the reservation payment. The remaining amount, along with the full security deposit, will be refunded.”
